La Plata Peak Adobo Spice

A classic Caribbean spice mix with some added heat and smoke, handcrafted to perfection. Registering around a 4 in heat level, this adobo seasoning is great for homemade marinades or rubs. Sprinkle 1-2 tsp. adobo seasoning on skirt steak just before grilling, broiling, or searing.
