When will my order arrive?

You can return most items within 15 calendar days of receiving them. For Nest thermostats and Verizon contract phones, the window is 30 days. Items must be in their original condition.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within a very short window after placing it. Once the order has moved to the 'Prepared for shipment' or 'Shipped' status, it can no longer be canceled or modified.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You may also use Google Pay or apply for Google Store Financing on eligible purchases.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, Google hardware products come with a limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. You can also purchase Preferred Care for extended coverage on mobile devices.
