California Paprika

This freshly ground California paprika is a darker blend, deep in both flavor and red color. Use to make BBQ rubs, or sprinkle on deviled eggs and potato salad. Add to homemade chili powder blends, or mix into chili recipes. Try in any dish where a deep, rich red color is desired. Our paprika comes from a hybrid red pepper indigenous to California. Not readily available in common grocery stores, Californian blends of paprika are widely used in the commercial food industry to enhance or color products and food dishes equally.
